Logen provides an AI-powered platform dedicated to empowering developers and non-technical users to build, share, and deploy web applications using natural language prompts. Logen does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using Logen on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer the system, or use Logen for illegal activities. You are solely responsible for all data entered into the platform.

4. AI Disclaimer

Logen uses AI systems to generate outputs. AI-generated responses may contain errors and should be reviewed before making business decisions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform rights, including software, design, and branding, belong to Logen. Users retain ownership of their data but grant Logen a limited license to process data to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

8. Governing Law

If contracting with an Indian entity, these Terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
